Short Version of Magnificent Video!

As an introduction, you may want to read my post Why EFT (and what is it anyhow?) .

A few days ago, I posted a wonderful, powerful and FUN tap-along video by Brad Yates.

If you haven't seen it yet, I encourage you to check it out - you can view it embedded here on my blog or click on this link to see it directly on Youtube.

Brad has now made another 'magnificent' video that is only 2 minutes and 23 seconds long so if you're ever short on time but would like to have the boost of celebrating how awesome you truly are, you may want to check this video out and keep a link to it so you can do it often!
Now at that length, there's no reason not to try it out ;-)

(bonus for those who have difficulty with the word God - the shorter version does not have that word in it)

I have embedded it below but you can also view it directly on Youtube here.

Happy tapping!

Thank you again Brad for a wonderful video.

  1. Thanks for this short version! I've put it into my favorites so I can access it quickly.
BTW, can you comment on how EFT may be helpful with MCS directly, with the symptoms I have...tight breathing and loud Tinnitus mostly.
    Thanks!

  2. Hi Ruth,

I want to write a blog post in response to your questions of how you might use EFT for your specific symptoms. I want to let you know it may take me a while but I *will* get to it :-)

An important thing to know is that I, and many others doing EFT, have found that for chronic, complicated, 'hard to treat' conditions, EFT often will not work if one simply taps on the specific symptoms. I found that I got more benefit from tapping on the emotions and possible blocks around getting better, being sick etc.

There's a discussion in the EFT forum that touches on this here if you're interested:
    http://eftcommunity.emofree.com/forums/p/3564/19972.aspx#19972

*However* :-) that said, some people have amazing, fast results by tapping on the symptoms alone so I would not hesitate to try that first (it's easier).

A few things that come to mind (until I write more about this)are

    1. join the EFT discussion forum here:
    http://www.emofree.com/forum_landing.htm

I would suggest going to the Chronic Diseases and Physical Conditions area and click on the Discussions link. Once there, you can click on Write A New Post and then it will direct you on signing up for free membership. Then you can write a post explaining your level of EFT experience and the specific symptoms you have.
There are people on there with far more EFT expertise than I have and it's a great resource. I've gotten a lot out of simply reading other people's posts and the replies to them.

What you may want to do before posting is to type Tinnitus (for example) into the search bar within the forum area - it's in the upper right hand corner. Doing so will bring up results of posts in which people have discussed tinnitus in the past and there may be some good ideas/tips. (tinnitus brings up 7 pages of search results)!!

MCS and chemical sensitivities bring up less.

    2. you may want to try going to the main EFT site here: http://www.emofree.com/
and type in symptoms in the search area on the left hand side. That will give you a long list of articles where people are discussing treating that symptom. Many are letters from people who had success and may not be of help (though they are inspiring) but some include actual set up phrases and wording that may be of use.

    3. you may want to sign up for the free newsletter from Gary Craig. I did that a few years ago and found that if I tried to read one story or article out of each newsletter, I was slowly learning new ways to tap, phrases to use, approaches etc.
the page to sign up for the newsletter is here:

    http://www.emofree.com/downloadeftmanualv4.asp
(select the items you'd like to receive for free)

In the years I have been signed up for this, I have never once received spam from them.

Unfortunately, I think those links may not work but you can copy them and paste them in the address bar of your browser :-)

I hope this helps until I share more!
