For those interested in reading more about how our awesome brains can change and heal, there is literature on those 2 sites above and there is an excellent blog called Brain Leaders and Learners.
A place to share about my about my steady healing/recovery from MCS (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity). I plan to share stories of hope from people who have fully or partly recovered from MCS. I may also include stories of people who have found ways to still live vibrant and fulfilling lives despite their illness. Unless otherwise noted, everything shared is my opinion. Nothing herein should be taken as advice of any kind.

1. The symptoms are reproducible with (repeated chemical) exposure.
2. The condition is chronic.
3. Low levels of exposure (lower than previously or commonly tolerated) result in manifestations of the syndrome.
4. The symptoms improve or resolve when the incitants are removed.
5. Responses occur to multiple chemically unrelated substances.
6. Symptoms involve multiple organ systems."

Thank you for the mind games. Do you think anyone has ever said that before? Brain games maybe I should call them.
Anyway, Paradise Lost 2 or whatever it's called is totally getting me through my sugar-free diet UnUtopia.
Thanks again!
LOL! You are most welcome for the 'mind games'!
I've never gotten to say that in my life ☺
I'm glad this post was good timing and the game helps the no-sugar journey you are on!
I've been liking the Travel Quest one.... I find it really hard but it feels so good for my brain!
